Plan exam revision with a Gantt chart
A revision timetable fails when it treats every subject the same and ignores the exam order. A Gantt chart fixes both: each subject's topics run towards its own exam date, the subject with the earliest exam gets done first, and you can see at a glance whether everything fits before the first paper.
One group per subject
Put the subject's name in the Owner column of each of its tasks, so every subject's tasks sit together under one heading. Under each one, list the topics to revise, then "Past papers", then the exam itself as a milestone with a duration of 0. Make the past papers depend on the last topic, and the exam depend on the past papers.
Size topics by what is left to learn
A topic you already know well might take one working day; one you have never understood might take four. Be honest here: it is the one estimate that decides whether the plan works. Durations count Monday to Friday, so a weekend of revision is extra room, not part of the plan.
Fit it around the exam timetable
Once every subject's chain is in, look at where each exam milestone lands against the real timetable. A milestone that lands after its exam means that subject needs to start sooner, or a topic needs fewer days. The critical path shows the chain with no room to spare, usually the subject with the most topics or the earliest exam.
Revising two subjects in parallel is fine: they do not depend on each other, so their bars can overlap. The chart makes it obvious when you have planned four subjects into the same week.
Track it as you go
Set Progress (0 to 100%) on each topic as you work through it. A week later the chart shows which subjects are on track and which are behind, which is a better guide to the next week than a timetable you made a month ago.

Frequently asked questions
How do I make a revision timetable with a Gantt chart?
Make a group for each subject, list its topics as tasks with how many days each needs, add past papers, then the exam as a milestone. The chart shows whether every subject is ready before its exam.
Should I revise subjects one at a time or in parallel?
Either works. A Gantt chart lets subjects overlap and shows when too many share the same week, so you can spread them out.
